CUTTLE FISH OR SCUTTLE FISH

Which is it?

Ranch 99 sells an all-white creature they label as a cuttle fish, or is it scuttle fish? It is related to the squid and my selection had eight tentacles in the bow surrounding an organ with a mouth-like round opening and above that a tongue slipping out of the body with perhaps two eyes.
